Most Agents Don't Know How Much They Spend On Viewings

Here at EyeSpy360™, we recently conducted a survey in which we asked real estate agents and other users of our platform a few questions to find out the state of play in the industry right now. One of the sections that surprised us most was that so many users had no idea how much their agency spends on property viewings.

Of course, the amount of money an agency spends on viewings will depend on the size of the agency, number of staff, and so on. One respondent stated that their agency spent about £16,000 a year - not an insignificant sum!
