Why Won't My Images Upload to the Platform?

Firstly, try using the Google Chrome browser, if you are not already.

Secondly, your images need to be a specific size. EyeSpy360™ works agnostically with all 360-degree cameras, as long as the outputted photographs are equirectangular. This means they are at a 2:1 ratio and the width is two times the size of the height. We normally suggest measurements of 5376 x 2688 pixels.

Most 360-degree cameras on the market, (including the Ricoh Theta cameras which we recommend) do output files in the correct way anyway. However, if you do make any changes to your images, in Photoshop for example, this may change the size and you may have to re-correct it.
