How Do I Use EyeSpyLIVE™?

EyeSpyLIVE™ allows property agents to join one or more customers inside of a virtual tour, where all parties can see and hear each other. Imagine FaceTime or Skype inside of a 360-degree virtual tour. This way you can learn about the property and ask questions whilst being shown around.


It doesn't end there. The customer is then free to conduct a similar experience with family or friends, by simply sending them a link in exactly the same way you would with a property portal listing (e.g. Rightmove or Zoopla).

Do I Need Any Special Equipment?


No! All you need is an internet connection and browser, it’s that simple.


Does EyeSpyLIVE™ Work On All My Devices?


Yes, indeed. Tours can take place on multiple devices, in multiple locations at the same time whether participants are on their mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop, etc.


How Easy is it to Use?


The quick answer is VERY simple.


We totally understand that speed and simplicity are crucial when dealing with clients which is why we have embedded EyeSpyLIVE™ into all of EyeSpy360™’s virtual tours, rather than needing to establish a separate session elsewhere at a different time. So there is no need to request a tour and wait to be contacted, or be forced into a scheduled multiple viewing – With EyeSpyLIVE™ you are able to have a 1-1 house viewing at any time!  


How Do You Start An EyeSpyLIVE™ Tour and What Is "EyeSpyLIVE™ Online"?


So there are two ways that you can instantly start an EyeSpyLIVE™ session:


Here’s The First Way and This is Called EyeSpyLIVE™ Online:


If you are on one of our Pro Plans, your tours (if you select to have this feature switched on) will display the “Start EyeSpyLIVE™” button in the top-left corner of the viewer and this is known as being "online" as shown in the screenshot below:



When a customer clicks this button, as long as your tablet, laptop or computer is logged in to our portal, it will alert you as shown below:



You only need to log your device into our system once for this to happen, so you don't need to worry about missing any calls. If you click to “Answer” the call, EyeSpyLIVE™ will start automatically and you can start your live virtual tour!


And Here’s The Second Way


Click on the Share Link icon (circled in red in the screenshot above) and choose which application you want to use to send the link, or simply copy and paste the URL manually. Please see below:


As soon as your customer receives and then clicks on the link, your EyeSpyLIVE™ session will start. You can even send it to multiple people at the same time to enjoy a group viewing if required.


How Do I Activate/Deactivate EyeSpyLIVE™?


Easy! When you publish a tour there is a check box called “Disable EyeSpyLIVE™” – just untick this.


Is There A Time Limit When Using EyeSpyLIVE™?


If you are using the free version of EyeSpy360™ then yes, there is a three-minute time limit on any EyeSpyLIVE™ session. However if you are subscribed to one of the EyeSpy360™ Pro Plans, then there is no upper time limit. The only thing you will see is a message every 15-minutes that will ask you whether you are still there! If you do not click on "Yes" then you will be disconnected a few seconds later, otherwise you can carry on for as long as you would like.
