Γιατί δεν μεταφορτώνονται οι εικόνες μου στην πλατφόρμα;

Πρώτα, δοκιμάστε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το πρόγραμμα περιήγησης Google Chrome, εάν δεν το έχετε ήδη.

Δεύτερον, οι εικόνες σας πρέπει να έχουν συγκεκριμένο μέγεθος. Το EyeSpy360™ λειτουργεί αγνωστικά με όλες τις κάμερες 360 μοιρών, εφόσον οι φωτογραφίες που εξάγονται είναι ισοορθογώνιες . Αυτό σημαίνει ότι έχουν αναλογία 2:1 και το πλάτος είναι δύο φορές μεγαλύτερο από το ύψος. Συνήθως προτείνουμε μετρήσεις 5376 x 2688 pixel.

Οι περισσότερες κάμερες 360 μοιρών στην αγορά, (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των καμερών Ricoh Theta που προτείνουμε) εξάγουν αρχεία με τον σωστό τρόπο ούτως ή άλλως. Ωστόσο, εάν κάνετε οποιεσδήποτε αλλαγές στις εικόνες σας, για παράδειγμα στο Photoshop, αυτό μπορεί να αλλάξει το μέγεθος και ίσως χρειαστεί να το διορθώσετε ξανά.
